Hotel Volcano - Puerto Villamil

During my recent stay at Hotel Volcano, I had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. They even facilitated an early check-in when my partner fell ill. The room was spotless and well-designed, with plenty of natural light and excellent insulation from noise. I appreciated the blackout blinds for a peaceful sleep, especially during the festive carnival period. In terms of amenities, there was always filtered water, coffee, and tea available 24/7. The location of the hotel was ideal, with breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. The staff also provided beach towels and complimentary water sips, which was a nice touch. I was thoroughly impressed with Hotel Volcano and would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Puerto Villamil with a amazing view of the beach. The staff greeted me with a refreshing welcome juice and cold towels, making me feel instantly relaxed. They also provided helpful suggestions for restaurants and activities. The room was bright, clean, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of breads, fruits, and homemade pancakes. Although the wifi was better in the common areas, it was still usable. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, excellent location, and comfortable accommodations.

the room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was helpful and polite throughout our stay. the location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the beach. overall, a pleasant experience at this hotel.

Cozy center location, quick check-in with pleasant welcome drink. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast with diverse options. Beach view terrace and free beach towels. Helpful, accommodating staff.

As young people, we loved the modern and new facilities. the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. the breakfast was the best we had on our whole trip.
